Although the great majority of the items we offer on Zanadia.com ship the same day they are ordered, Puff Chair, Rocker and Ottoman items can take anywhere from Two to Four weeks to ship.

Chicago Textile items are charged to your card upon order as they ship directly from the factory. Orders ship via Fed-Ex Home Delivery, signature required.

All the Puff fabrics are US sewn as they are ordered in Chicago, Illinois. On occasion some items are pre-made and ship within the week and on rare occasions a fabric or a component is on backorder and the order can take the full four weeks.

We strongly recommend viewing an actual fabric cutting to confirm the color and fabric ordered as colors and textures on computer monitors vary greatly.

Complete Puff Chairs, Rockers and Ottomans (Frame with cushion and cover) are returnable within thirty days of receipt, providing they are in new, unused condition, and in original packaging. Please contact us for a return authorization and shipping instructions.

Replacement frames, cushions and covers are not returnable. We strongly recommend requesting an actual fabric cutting to confirm the color and fabric ordered as colors and textures on computer monitors vary greatly.
