110% Price Assurance Policy: |
If you find a lower price on any of our items either before or within ten
days of purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference. The item has to be offered for sale
by an authorized dealer of the the manufacturer, must be in stock, and in
new condition. All costs including shipping, and handling charges
should be included in the price comparison. (note our free shipping policy).
We cannot match prices listed in error on other sites,
or close-out prices. Please use our
Information Request Form.
You can also insert the price match information while placing
your order in the comments box (below the billing address). We will either match the price and
process the order, or give you a chance to cancel.

Price Adjustments: |
Please contact us for a price adjustment if your item's price drops within two
weeks of your purchase. Items have to be same color, style and size to
qualify for a price adjustment.

Errors:

While we strive for our web site to be
error free, mistakes do happen in descriptions, prices, or shipping quotes.
In the rare case that a cost adjustment is needed due to an error, we will work with you to reach a fair resolution. We
reserve the right to correct errors. You will have the chance to

Return Policy: |
Returns are gladly accepted within 30 days from the day you receive
your items
(except as noted below.)
Items returned in new, unused condition, and in original packaging with boxes
with all tags attached with a valid RMA will receive a full refund less any paid shipping charges
(see exceptions below).
Items have to be shipped to us before the 30 days are up, and must be sent to our Seattle
address. Please send your returns in a track-able insured manner (UPS,
Fed-EX, Insured Priority Mail)
Return Exceptions:
1. Spare part orders are NOT returnable (i.e. extra puff, axis, cylinder, and
cube covers and frames)
2. Axis furniture returns will be charged for actual shipping
charges that were incurred for shipping the furniture. We provide
free shipping if you keep the furniture, but if the furniture is
returned, you will pay for the shipping charges back, and we will
also deduct our incurred shipping charges from your refund or
exchange amount. Note that shipping charges for Axis furniture are
quite substantial.
3. Sean Fox Wall Art Due to the unique, and custom nature of Sean Fox art pieces, they have a different return policy than our other products.
Returns are gladly accepted within two weeks from receipt of the piece. Returns incur a 25% restocking fee, and actual shipping charges are also deducted from the refund amount. We ship the art pieces free of shipping charges to you, but if returned we need to be compensated for those shipping charges which run anywhere from $15 to $60 per piece.
Sean Fox orders can only be canceled within three days of being placed.
Once they are on the production schedule, orders can not be changed on
canceled.
4. Jewelry Jewelry has a 7 day return
window from the day you receive it. Also all jewelry is sent with
a safety plastic loop threaded through the piece. Cutting this
loop voids the return privilege, and the item is considered
non-returnable.
No returns without Authorization. Please fill a
Request Form (in the menu at left) for a
merchandise return authorization number
before returning any items. Items returned without a return merchandise authorization (RMA) number clearly
written on the box will be refused. MRAs are
only issued by e-mail.
Items returned without a RMA will incur a 20%
restocking fee.
Customer pays return shipping charges. Shipping Charges if paid will not be refunded.
Please do not refuse any items that are shipped to you. Refused items accrue a 20% restocking
fee in addition to any shipping charges. Please do not return any items without a Return
Authorization Number, they will not be accepted by our warehouse, and you
will accrue shipping charges both ways from the shipping company you used.

Shipping Policy: |
Free shipping applies to purchases over $75, and is valid only on ground
shipments to one location within the contiguous 48 states. For
free shipping we decide best carrier, regardless of choice. Must have
street address for free shipping (no PO Boxes or APO.)

In cases where the software applies free shipping to orders
for Alaska and Hawaii
or other non-qualifying shipments, full shipping charges will be added to the orders.
Due to shipping costs, we request no PO Boxes for the
free shipping option (We will ship to a PO Box if packed weight is under two
Lbs).
In order to facilitate your shipments, we will choose the carrier of our
choice (in the same class of service), regardless of which was selected.
Exception:
We reserve the right to charge shipping on returned
orders because of wrong addresses, or for multiple returns of purchases.
Shipping expenses can be quite high, and we strive to keep our costs low to
offer you the best possible prices.

Cancellations:

We will make every effort to accommodate your request to
cancel or change your order. Unfortunately we can not change orders
once they have gone into production. We (and our factories) try to
ship your items in the shortest possible time, so sometimes there is no way
to change or cancel orders.
We do gladly accept returns. Please fill a
Request Form (in the menu at left) for a return
authorization, and then we can issue an MRA or process your new order. Customers will be
responsible for all shipping charges back to us in Seattle.
Sean Fox Design wall art orders can only be canceled within three days
