Backing and Edge Treatment:
   * Note cushion backing color after front fabric color.  (Natural, Black, or Brown) duck canvas.
    *  Piped fabrics are piped (welted / corded) in natural for a contrasting look.
    *  All other fabrics have a flange edge.  Flange is about a 2 inch flat extension off the edge of the cushion.

Size and Dimensions:
The size of the steel chair and rocker is: Width at the Top of the back: 41";  Width at the Front of the seat: 33",  37" deep (front to back), and 41" high.  Both chair and rocker use the same cushion, but you will need more space behind the rocker because of the rocking action.

Frames construction:
   There are two kinds of frames.  Iron and wood.  Iron Frames are made of wrought iron, and have a clear, durable, water resistant outdoor powder coating that will resist the elements with proper care.  Chairs and rockers come in two pieces that need to be assembled together, an easy process.  Ottoman frames come pre-assembled. Iron frames are available in either Natural (pewter grey), or in Mahogany, a rich red-brown powder coated color.

Milan Wood frames are made of bent laminated wood, and require easy assembly.  They are available in either a natural Maple finish, or a reddish Cherry finish.

Manufacturer's Guarantee:
   All Puff Chairs frames carry a limited lifetime warranty for workmanship.  One year Warranties on cushions and slipcovers against defects.  Warranties are for conditions of ordinary use.  250 lb weight limit.

Care:
nbsp;   Puff covers are removable for easy cleaning.  Most fabrics require dry cleaning.  specific fabric detail page for fabric content and care instructions. 
Frames left outdoors might need occasional touch ups with a clear coating for scratched areas to resist rust.  
We recommend bringing your furniture indoors during inclement weather season.
   The covers on the chair and rocker are interchangeable.  A zipper in the middle allows for removal of foam insert to clean the  cover.

Return Policy:
Returns are gladly accepted within 14 days from the day you receive your items.  Items  returned in new, unused , resalable condition, and in original packaging, & boxes, will receive a full refund less shipping charges.  Spare part orders are not returnable (i.e. extra covers and frames)   
No returns without Authorization.   Please e-mail us for a merchandise return authorization number before returning any items.
Items returned without a merchandise return authorization (MRA) number clearly written on the box will be refused. MRAs are only issued by e-mail.
Shipping charges are not refundable.  Customer pays return shipping charges.  Shipping Charges if paid will not be refunded.
Please do not refuse any items that are shipped to you.  Refused items accrue a 20% restocking fee in addition to any shipping charges. 
Please do not return any items without a Return Authorization Number, they will not be accepted by our warehouse, and you will accrue shipping charges both ways from the shipping company you used. Please see our Policies page for full details.

If you find a lower price on any of our items either before or within ten days of purchase, we will refund you 110% of the difference.  The item has to be offered for sale by an authorized dealer of the the manufacturer, must be in stock, and in new condition.  All costs including shipping, and handling charges should be included in the price comparison. (note our free shipping policy).  We cannot match prices listed in error on other sites, or close-out prices.  Please use our Information Request Form.
