Chicago Textile items are charged to your card upon order as they ship directly from the factory. Orders ship via Fed-Ex Home Delivery, signature may be required.

All the Puff fabrics are US sewn as they are ordered in Chicago, Illinois. On occasion some items are pre-made and ship within the week and on rare occasions a fabric or a component is on backorder and the order can take the full four weeks.

We strongly recommend viewing an actual fabric cutting to confirm the color and fabric ordered as colors and textures on computer monitors vary greatly.

• Frames, and covers with or without cushions are returnable within 30 days of receipt subject to a 20% restocking fee..
