As somebody who really enjoys Voluspa candles, I wanted to provide a thoughtful gift to a friend, who absolutely loved the candles I sent. I actually sent her two because I wasn't sure which aroma she would like best, and while she loved both, the Pink Citron was perfect for her, as she loved the aroma and is obsessed with grapefruit, one of the main components of the fragrance. I also thought the candles would be a perfect antidote to her neighborhood skunk incident.

The scent is pleasant and flavorful, a little on the sweet side and very strong . Even when the candle is not lit, it emanates the fragrance. I kept it lit in the bathroom, and had to put it off after a short while, as the smell is so strong that it quickly filled the entire 1 bedroon apartment. Also, I would choose a smaller size next time - I got the 11 oz size which is not practical and is unnecessary. All you need is their smaller size, 1.5 oz.
