"White suede" is the perfect name for this candle. I was a little concerned when I first opened it, as the cold throw seems more masculine than what I would normally like; however, once lit, the fragrance notes are more subtle and well-blended. I don't pick up on the cedar notes, but the leather notes, although very soft, are quite noticeable. I can understand why so many candle enthusiasts would love this scent, and the candle itself performs beautifully, with excellent throw. It is also long-lasting -- I had it lit for several hours, and the wax level went down by less than a quarter of an inch. And as always with the Voluspa line, the tin is very pretty.

My daughter had one of these incredible candles at her home, and when she lit it, I fell in love! Voluspa makes a very good candle, but Suede Blanc is by far my favourite. The scent is that of the sexiest men's cologne you have ever enjoyed! Lighting it after a hard day actually lifts my mood. A natural anti depressant! I am led to understand Voluspa has discontinued this line, which is a real shame - particularly for everyone else, since I have bought up just about every Suede Blanc candle in the land! This is the Armani of candles.

This fragrance is very strong scented, masculine almost like men's cologne it's almost hard to describe I love it!!! This scent is not for whimps if u like soft subtle light scented candle this 1 is not for you.

First time purchasing this fragrance in the 2 Wick Tin container and it's just a lovely as in the ceramic jar. I really like this fragrance...nice...right mix of masculine and feminine.

this is my 2nd time purchasing suede blanc and it is such a beautiful smell. very soft and almost smells like a nice cologne...i love it!
