When I first opened the tin, the cold throw of this candle was extremely masculine, but once lit, the scent changed almost completely and now smells like freshly crushed greens, the way that grass and other plants in a meadow would smell underfoot. I know that cold and hot throw can differ, but this is the most surprising "transformation" that I've ever encountered! I'm having some trouble with the wicks nearly drowning in the wax pool, but that's unusual for a Voluspa candle, so I really can't complain too much. :) It's probably due to the fact that a noticeable amount of the fragrance oil had separated from the wax and settled onto the candle's surface, so the issue will probably be self-correcting as the candle continues to burn and the ratio of wax to oil rights itself. Whatever the case, this candle smells great and has excellent throw as well.

Another winner! One of my rotation scents. This is a refreshing scent which reminds me of walking through a beautiful field with fresh cut grass and flowers, after a morning dew! Love it.

The Voluspa Vervaine Olive Leaf 2 Wick Candle Tin smells very natural when burning. I was a bit nervous by its artificial smell before it was lit, but once it got going, very pleasant, indeed.

This candle has a unique green fragrance, rather like crushed palm and olive leaves. Nostalgic and heavy but clean at the same time. Personally, I love it. It is completely different than a eucalyptus or camphor based green.

I purchased this as a gift for a friend ... she loved it. Nicely styled, fresh clean scent - a real winner!
